We are having family over for shabbos lunch this week. I'm slightly panicking because this will be the first time in over a year that we will be having people over for a meal. I feel like I'm a bit rusty and need some shabbos lunch ideas. So far, I'm plan on making meatballs, spaghetti, and chicken. My sister in law is making a potato kugel to bring over. What else can I make to fill up the table? I was thinking of maybe making popcorn cauliflower as well as an extra side. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

On shabbos especially in the summer I make lots of salads!!!
Romaine (with or without peppers, kirbies, cherry tomatoes...)
Vegetable platter with chummus
Baby corn/hearts of palms
Cucumber
Tomato salad
Cole slaw
Fish or cold cuts or egg salad and/or liver
I'm guessing you don't make chulent?

Sounds like you need a salad or two. Here are some ideas:
a big one with lettuce, tomatoes, Kirby and maybe some fruit (we love mango and/or apple). Add nuts & craisins. Citrus vinaigrette (on the side so it doesn’t get soggy).
Cole slaw
Broccoli salad
Israeli salad

Salads are nice
You can make a plain lettuce veggie salad or add a protein like grilled chicken or London broil
