Does anyone have any info about an opening for a teaching position in a bilingual yiddish program? I'm working in a frum school now and I think I may need a change of scenery. Any info would be appreciated. Do you need to speak yiddish fluently in order to work in these schools? Where are they located? etc. Thank you.

You really need to get to know an individual who already works in the program and build a relationship, because there are very few positions and they don't open up often. You would need a bilingual yiddish certification but I don't think you need a very high level of fluency to get that.
