Real chocolate that you would eat. Make sure to keep it in temper

Big mama, like the previous poster said, anything you'd eat. Forgive me for switching the topic but does anyone know which white chocolate melts nicely and keeps its white color when melted?

Member you have to melt is slowly and keep it in temper

Thanks, will try.. and do you know which company I could try? I tried yesterday from a good quality company and wasn't melting... maybe cuz was old but doubt it cuz used Rosemarie dark chocolate which was expired (didn't realize I had it for that long) and melted beautifully

Shufra is good. I melt in oven on 225. Works well.

Dunno how to upload a picture of the packaging, (tried, but can't figure out) but it says on wrapping decorating bar, so I imagine it's the type of chocolate that should melt.

Interesting. I just used it last night. It was runny and fully melted. I also use Schwartz bittersweet ones( they melt way better than semi sweet).
