I just found at the back of my fridge an achla matbucha expired may 27. Is it still fine ? It doesn't smell off

Was it closed or open? If it was closed and it doesn't smell or taste bad, I would use it. If it was open I would probably just toss it.

Just use it. I think if it was spoiled you would be able to smell it or taste it. I don't think spoiled matbucha would harm you anyhow, it would just taste bad and eventually turn moldy.

I would use it. I would taste it first to check if it has an off taste. It is usually good.

Taste it. It is not mayonnaise based so it should be good after the date.
The date is just an approximate time.
