Be sure to include all components of a lesson.
Use visual aid.
Use the board.
Use proper grammar and spelling.
Show interest in the students- mayb ask the girls who answered a q her name, smile at her...
Include all students
Don’t keep calling on the same girl.
Be sure the lesson is age appropriate.
Show passion, enthusiasm.... for children and for teaching.

I'm not a principal and don't necessarily know the answer but I would say from what I've heard/seen, it is really important for you to write at the beginning of the lesson what your objective is!!!
