Hi I've been teaching first grade for a few years now... I just applied for a dream job to teach 5th grade and I need to give a model lesson.. I'm really really nervous I've never done this before.
I would love tips on how this works,or any tips that principals will look out for while I'm teaching.
Thanks so much I really appreciate it

Be yourself. Pretend the principal is in the office. Just you and the students. Engage with your heart. All else will follow.

They don't want to see you lecture, want to see you engaging the students.
