If you couldn't use your electronic devices for a week and where stuck at home, what would you do?

Organize my house.
Study for tests from printed materials.
Cook and freeze meals.
Not know the weather.
Not make lesson plans....
I'm not liking this as much as I thought I would.

After the initial Panic, I would:
Organize,
Go for walks,
Sunbathe,
2,000 piece puzzle,
Organize some more,
Prepare salad,
Sleep

It’s happened to me that my phone broke and didn’t get a new one for like a week . I read a lot , did Many things but walked around with a vague feeling of missing out . After a few days I was having anxiety already from not having it.

I was out of phone and internet service for 2 months a couple of years ago. The first week I went crazy. Racked up lots of minutes talking on my stupid old flip cell phone. Then after the withdrawal symptoms subsided , I played games with my kids, enjoyed staring at my baby's cuteness, did crossword puzzles and sudokus, baked, cleaned, took pride in my housekeeping such as ironed clothes I don't usually iron, folded laundry neatly, organized, etc. (instead of doing it as fast as possible so that I can get back to my computer). I also read a ton, spent more time shmoozing with dh, and was way more content and calm in general.
But, we struggled with how to pay bills which was usually done online, I spent more money shopping in stores than I usually do online, and Dh had to go to the library to use the computer there in order to finish up some (online) course he was taking.
Alas, the internet is so much a part of our lifestyle that I can't go back and cut it off. (Maybe that's just rationalization... ) Yet limiting time online is way harder than cutting off completely. So here I am on imamother, using it as a form of escapism.
