There's the YWN CR.
There's frumhangout.com that's for teens, run by my friend who is the founder. It's in the beginning stages, but maybe if she has time and energy she could help it get bigger and get more users.
There's not much else more...
As for me, if it's frum, if it's online- I have a username there.
