Does anyone have any good shabbos salad ideas (little to no mayo. please).

Noodle salads often use no mayo- just vinegar, soy sauce, etc. I don't have a recipe on me, but someone else must!

Most green salads don't use any mayonnaise either. For variety, make a mango/strawberry/spinach salad with nuts or craisins.
