Dh loves cheesecake. He loves cheesecake with a good topping even more (preferably chocolate).

Help me make him a delicious birthday cheesecake Smile

(I already have the cheesecake recipe. I just need a chocolate topping recipe now).

What I do is melt a bar of good chocolate (I love to use torino chocolate) - not the baking type. Depending what type you use you may need to add a bit of shortening/oil to make it smooth and easy to spread. Its really good and my husband goes nuts over it!
