I always used Picasa for uploading pictures and videos and to create albums. Recently my videos were not uploading to albums so I uninstalled Picasa with the intention of reinstalling- but it seems that it is no longer available!
What is the best alternative (that is free)? I need a site that will also allow video uploads.

It is now Google photos, but basically the same. Your old stuff should have transferred.

No Google photos is not the same!
Can someone please recommend a good substitute for Picasa???
