I recently had triplets and am in search of a triple decker stroller for my graco carseats. Anyone have to sell? Also, anyone have a triple mountain buggy or baby jogger in excellent condition?

I'm pretty sure a Joey seat won't work for infant triplets. For newborns with graco car seats your best bet would probably be looking for a triple snap and go. I'd try Craigslist first, but if not, I don't think it's a huge expense yo buy new and it would probably be a lifesaver for the first 18 months or so. I have a lot of experience with triple strollers. They aren't all that great, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I definitely vote for a snap and go for the beginning, and then there are more options once they are bigger. Huge triple mazel tov!!
