never made it... but 2 neighbors of mine love to do honey-mustard topped with crushed cornflakes.

Sprinkle it with lemon or lime juice and Old Bay seasoning. Bake on 350 till fish flakes.

in non stick pan, I spray oil, then put in spiced fish on one sode, when done, after 15-20 min turn over and do same to second side. easy and delicious

sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic powder
bake for 20-25 minutes. eat it right away when fresh and hot.

bread it with egg and bread crumbs then fry or bake
grill in sandwich maker with oil spicre salt
rolly poly- dip in oil lemon sprinke with seasonings rool and bake
layer with tomato garlic

Place the fish in a pan, and pour salsa over it, cover and bake, for 20 minutes, or until done.....
