Tuna is the only fish I have in the house so I'm making tuna patties for shabbos. I can make it in tomato sauce but I'm wondering if anyone has another idea?

It's good with dill dip. Mayo, fresh lemon juice, fresh crushed garlic, salt, pepper and diced fresh or dried dill. Let the dip sit for a few hours so the flavors really blend.

I've served tuna patties with Jalapeno dip, but I find that this time of the year the Jalapenos are not so hot, and the dip ends up tasting like mayo and green peppers.
Jalapeno dip has crushed jalapenos, fresh garlic, lemon juice, salt, mayo, and oregano. I make it in the food processor. It's hottest in the summertime.
Salsa is also good with tuna patties.

I made the dill sauce with regular mustard and it was a hit!
Thanks!
