I have heard of combos ... like aaron dovid, aaron meir, aaron moshe, aaron pesach, ... but just because one never heard doesn't mean you cannot do it ... aaron netanel ... sounds nice

MY DH also spells his Aharon, and his middle name is Yitzchok.
He did the Aharon, so it would have the hebrew pronounciation, not the "air-on" in the english version.
