Was out of grape juice and shops were closed.
I went out to get some this morning and I need to know what is the halacha: do I say what I missed last night, or do I skip certain parts?

I think you can say havdala till tuesday ... and you may need to skip the eish part ... since you already are doing malacha ...

Don't say the brochos for candle and spices. They are both only applicable on Motzai Shabbos. Another time you can say them on Mo"Sh by themselves and say the rest of havdala when you have wine/ grape juice.

If you are out of grape juice or wine can you not use tea or coffee? I'am sure dh has done that in the past when we have run out or needed to go somewhere on Motazi Shabbos and he's needed to drive.

I am pretty sure that you can use any respectable drink for havdala (like not water) For example- during the nine days - you can't use grape juice so Orange juice is fine or any other juice- and u can definitly make havdala untll tuesday
