I'm looking for the chocolate almond cupcakes (mini?) from The Book of Jewish Foods by Claudia Roden. If you have that cookbook, can you please post the recipe?
It have just 4 or 5 ingredients and always comes out amazing. I think it has chocolate, eggs, sugar and blanced almonds, can't remember anything else.
TIA

Thank you so much! By the way, these are really addictive!! They are a perfect small bite, fudgy and chewy. Best of all, they freeze beautifully. Just make sure not to overbake or they'll be dry.
