I LOVE the recipes I make from here, but I want to try new things and I'm scared! I'm sure the entire book is awsome, but I've stuck to the ultimate chocolate cake (heavenly and no fail!), onion chicken, sweet brisket.
what do you make from this cookbook? what should I try?

My favorite cookbook of all time!
I like it much better than KBD, etc.
My signature recipes:
- Oatmeal Berry Cobbler
- Applesauce (in back in Shabbos section)
- Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- Chewy Choc Chip Cookies

lacy potato kugel
penne a la vodka
...some other ones I can't remember. I use it so much the front section is falling apart.
the cookbook itself is put out by kushner high school but I beleive Susie fishbein did a large part of it.

My favorite is the Cranberry Pineapple Oatmeal bake. I use fresh cranberries instead of the canned to knock off a ton of calories, and usually use less brown sugar then the recipe calls for because there's plenty of sweet flavor from the cranberries and pineapple.
