I am looking for websites with ideas for dresses for little-sisters-of-the-Bar-Mitzva boy. Not too fancy, as in for a wedding, but definitely something for a very formal event. I remember someone posted a link to a site and I can't seem to find it. Any ideas? Thank You!

try Burlington's. I always find something for the little girls there, a little fancier or simpler, they always have for cheap.

I second Burlington - most stores only have dresses for very little girls, at Burlington you can get matching dresses for girls of all ages. They usually have a good selection. I always find stuff there for my little sisters. And it's cheap - but not cheap quality.
