After 24 hours of labor and an emergency c-section, I finally gave birth to a baby boy two weeks ago. Things got a bit rough when he came down with an infection 24 hours later that landed him in the NICU. When I was discharged I was running back and forth every three hours to nurse!! B"H He's home now and doing much better!!!

oh my goodness, what a week you must have had!
Sorry you had to go through 24 hours only to end up C=sectioning.
As long as e/o in the end is fine and ok, bH all is well then.
GET BETTER quick and enjoy cudding your little one
