I am wondering if anyone has any ideas/ input to offer - my 12 year old refuses to go to overnight camp and she also does not want to be a Junior counsellor at a local daycamp...staying home for 2 months with no schedule or plan is not an option.
Are there any programs geared for 12/ 13 year old girls - perhaps a travelling program/ specialty camp even for a few weeks? We are in the tristate area but I think she would consider a program away from home if she won't be one of 150 + other kids.
I would prefer a program geared to lubavicth girls but if it is a solid frum program I would be happy to entertain any place she can be productive and social!
Any advice will be much appreciated.

I dont know how far you're willing to drive her every day, but Camp Atara in Far Rockaway has a program for girls in grades 6-8. I think they go on trips every day or something like that.
