the "Shrimp' Etouffee
from Family Circle
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
cut up onion
cut up pepper or zucchini or celery
3 cloves garlic, cut up
3 T bbq sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg mock shrimp
half cup parsley, chopped
rice to serve
Wisk your oil and flour and heat, add the vegetables and spices and then your sauces. Add a cup of water and let simmer about 15 minutes. Add the fish and parsley and serve hot, over rice.
