I am looking for frames to fit 10x13 pictures. I am having quite a hard time finding. Anyone know which stores online would have it?

Recently I found 10"13 frames in Micheals but usually I have a 10"13 picture I just buy an 11"14 frame and there is a drop of a background on the sides of the pictures. I don't know why pictures are printed in a size that barely anyone has heard of but they do!

The stores that print that size sell frames that size. Thats one way to get more money out of you.
