Does anyone know where to get cream of tarter in Israel? And what is it called in Hebrew? I want it to add to frosting (I think it's to keep it stiff) to decorate cookies. Thanks.

I get it at my spice/grains/legumes merchant. You can also most likely find it in healthfood stores and any of the baking supply shops.

And it's called cream of tartar in Hebrew.
