anyone has good salads that use the apple cider vinegar?

I do! 1 Head Romaine Lettuce, cleaned and cut
4 scallions, chopped
4 oz Sunflower seeds
1 can Mandarin Oranges, or 2 Oranges peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Dressing:
1 Tsp Salt
1/3 cup Oil
6 Tbsp Brown Sugar
6 Tbsp Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice

Combine first 5 ingredients, add dressing just before serving

Here is a recipe for a salad with apple cider vinegar

Salad
400 gram/s Lettuce Or Baby Salad Greens
1 can/s Mandarin Oranges Drained
2/3 cup/s Sliced Toasted Almonds
1 Pomegranate The Seeds
1 handful Croutons
Dressing
1/4 cup/s Seedless Raspberry Jam
1/4 cup/s Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 teaspoon/s Black Pepper
3/4 teaspoon/s Salt
1/4 cup/s Olive Oil

Preparation
Mix all the salad ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients together until well blended. Pour on the salad and mix right before serving.

I am also interested in salads with apple cider vinegar - have a big bottle that I hardly ever use. are they always fruity salads?

I have seen it in Osher Ad and in some health food stores.

I made one up today that was good.

All amounts are relative to what you like as far as taste.

chopped tomatoes
chopped sweet peppers (in various colors)
olive oil
cider vinegar
salt
smashed garlic (from a cube or minced)
chopped fresh parsley

Mix together and adjust flavors to your taste.
