this is really good and easy.

slice 2 onions
put a little bit of olive oil in a pot
fry onions for a few minutes
put cleanedchicken on top of onions
pour tons of ketchup over chicken (until u cant see the chicekn anymore)
cover and cook on low for an hour.

what I do is I make rice and then pour the juice from the chicken (there will be alot of it) into the rice

when I make this noone can believe that its only ketchup!

sautee onions in oil
sprinkle salt, garlic and onion powder on both sides of cleaned chicken
Put into pot face down and let it cook on a medium flame, covered for two hours. the chicken will get well done on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside.
The onions you could use in your mashed potatoes afterwards and it is yummy!

Or you can do minute steak, it freezes beautifully and even tastes better once its reheated.

sautee onions and 4peices fresh garlic in oil.
add minute steak
sprinkle with salt and paprika
put in a little bit of water.
let it cook like three hours on a low flame.
if your water cooks out just add more.
