Do you own these cookbooks? which do you recommend?

while I have all three I can't recommend a dessert cookbook over a salad cookbook if you like to make desserts I'd say go for the dessert cookbook. I personally have not used the dessert cookbook but used the salad ones many times.
I don't believe one is better than the other because the basically have a lot of variations of different salads. You can go with either one and you will be on your way. I just pick either one off the shelf and look up the type of salad I want to make.
