“Shrimp” Gemilli

Makes 6 servings
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs or similar
2 large onions, sliced
1 lb gemili (pasta) or rice or similar
pkge of mock shrimp or similar
1 lb broccoli, frozen or fresh
While your grain cooks, you sautee the onion in oil and add your fish and the other ingredients and cook until broccoli is tender. Serve hot.
