Personally, I would leave out the wine.

If there are lots of non-Jews, are you planning to start telling them that what makes kosher wine is them not touching it Question Confused
I think it might get a bit offensive, apart from how are you going to keep your kosher wine kosher shock

What about snacks - cakes, biscuits etc? Many non-frum Jews in England don't know they can be treif. You could explain how all the ingredients must be kosher, and you wouldn't have any akum problems.

def not a wine stand! That would cause a lot of problems.
Maybe you cab do typical kosher foods?
Most secular ppl would probably reaaly enjoy an Israeli stand. For
ex you could have falafal, veggies and middle eastern dips, diff Israeli salads.

depends on the point you're trying to bring out.

If you're making a cultural/ethnic statement then you'd have traditional --some might say stereotypical--Eastern european foods like strudel, gefilte fish, cholent, eggs-and-onion, latkes, taiglach, arbis and so on.

If you want to show that kosher food can be adapted to most international food styles, you'd have an assortment of cuisine, such as Chinese egg rolls, Spanakopita, Paella, and so on.

If you want to celebrate Israel and encourage buying Israeli products you'd go for the hummus-pita-falafel-babaganouch line.

If you want to show that kosher food can be healthy and light, you'd concentrate on salads, fish dishes and lowfat dairy products.
