Whiskey Mojo Marinade

chicken or turkey, any kind
1/4 cup oil, 4 cloves crushed garlic, 1/2 cup whiskey like Jack Daniels or Maker's Mark, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lime juice (you need like 6 limes for that), 1 tsp cumin, and a few splashes of soy sauce.

Put your chicken in zippy bag with marinade and let sit in fridge for at least an hour. Bake or grill until done. Mmmmm
