I started toilet training my dd 2.5 yrs. old this past week and a half when she didn't go to school, but now that I am sending her to school full time how is it possible to ever finish training her? They are not interested in training. The kids either come in nappies or are totally trained. I don't know what to do.

Sorry, my opinion (backed up this morning by the menahelet at DS#2's daycare) is that when you work with kids of a certain age then part of the job is to "back up" the toilet training process. No child jumps from diapers to accident-free overnight, even if they're 100% ready for toilet using. It sounds to me like you did your part by starting when she was home, and now it's their job to help her finish.
