I was told that the new thing is to put shailels in rollers and let it dry like that. I have always had my sheital blowdryed and set. I have a gorgeous sheital and really don't want it to get ruined. Can someone who knows about this tell me which is better? Thank you in advance

All I can tell you from my limited experience... I have had only one sheitel, bought over 3 years ago. I've never blow dried it. It is still in excellent condition.

my friend took a sheitel course and she was taught to put them in rollers when it is still damp and then blowdry it when completely dry.

heat kills the hair, simple as that. pple who blowdry natural hair on hot a lot get split ends from it & stuff but it grows out, wigs dont grow
I air dry then blow it too.

Why should you blow dry it when it's already dry?

Just a quick blowdry to style it

if u wash it, it's best to wait till almost dry, then take a blowdryer to style the rest.
if use a blowdryer when completly wet it can damage the hair in the long run.
