Sesame chicken!

Ok so anyone sitting on the edge of their seats to hear about my wok experience- I made stir fry. It was yum. And the wok was so much fun to use! Not sure it made a difference in the taste, but so worth it cuz it made me feel super profesh. Cool

I should look through this thread for good ideas, because I'm blanking on tomorrow and I need to shop for some basics.
I do have a large pot of chickpeas cooking right now, so I'll probably use those somehow.

tonight was
baked breaded cutlets
lettuce salad
green beans in sauce
couscous

We had mushroom and lentil pappardelle bolognese. (from Jamie Oliver website) I added some cubed roasted aubergine because aubergine makes everything better.

Ok the kids just had the pasta with cheese but the lentil bolognese was really good.

Wow... funny that we are all posting from different time zones..

It’s only 4:10 pm here and we are just about to enter the supper challenge.

I’m home today but my kids might end up with something similar to what your kids ate. That’s what they like!

I’ll probably fry some schnitzel for dh.
