So I'm really free-associating here, but the Pocanos and Catskills are both part of the Appalachian Mountains, and I once was at an event called The Misogynist Film Club where each presenter introduced their segment with "Never have I ever ..." and whoever talked about "Dirty Dancing" continued "... carried a watermelon".
