But that’s just it. You did not return it. You used it. And that’s why you’d be obligated to pay for it.

So I initiated a return. I knew they'll just say to keep it.
I always question myself, if they do make me return it, will I be annoyed, if yes, then it means I'm not willing to go thru the hassle of return and just taking my chances (you can then cancel return if you decide you don't want to actually ship it back.). I'm just hoping they'll give it to me for free.... wich is stealing.
If I know I'm ready to go thru the hassle if printing a label, packaging it and dropping it off, then I can initiated the return.
But visibly bad produce, I mean, no. No. That's bad service and you are paying for the service. I wouldn't accept that.
Btw, Walmart here were I live has amazing quality produce. Better than a lot of local supermarkets. |
That’s strange because my Target usually requires returns to the store.

But they don't have an option to "move on". If you are shopping, you have that choice. But they have to get the list unless it is out of stock.
If you want to be particular, some of the other ordering apps allow you to write notes "only if blemish free/fresh. Otherwise skip". Or "I like hard fruit".
But walmart is there to be simple, yes/no. It's also why it is cheaper than other apps.
I think the answer is you are expecting too much. If you know you won't like it and will ask for a refund- that is stealing unless you return it to the store. Otherwise you are buying knowing you will get half a container of strawberries for free. By this point you know there will be problems. You are also raising prices for everyone else.
Do your own shopping. Use Walmart for packaged items.
