You can also watch both the office and Greys anatomy on dvd, it takes a while from when it's in theatres till it comes out on dvd but u do have better control over when and how much to watch.

B"H living in Israel, we don't know from TV anymore. But computer games (and imamother.com) can be equally addictive!
