He's really tiny still! SO normal and also so normal that you're having a hard time with his schedule right now. At this age, babies are usually still a 24 hour a day job. LIterally.
If he's waking up from an afternoon nap at 4pm, I'd probably try to get baby to go back to sleep around 6pm for a nap and see how he is the rest of the night. Sometimes when htey're awake for more than an hour or two, they get too irritable and then even more likely not to fall asleep.

At 6.5 weeks there is no schedule. Try to nurse on demand even it means twice in one hour if thats what they want. I found at that age that the awake window for my babies were 45 to an hour max. As soon as there is a moan from my baby I would wrap them and into bed.
ETA
In general babies this age dont have a bedtime, usually what helps is teaching them the day and night cycle. So by day, keep them around lots of light when they are up and at night nurse them in the dark room From around nine- ten.
