Can someone please describe all these demarcations? Yeshivish vs intensely yeshivish vs bais yaakov vs jpf....an oot mom confused ( and quite frankly a little saddened) by all these labels.....

No non Jewish books, very little to no secular at all vs read specifically chosen non Jewish books and some carefully chosen movies vs read most non Jewish books, watch movies etc.
Where they go on vacation no malls no ice skating etc..

Hang out or go to malls.. the culture is not so great. Ice skating skirts fly up it’s kind of like dancing and bumping into males. I didn’t say me I said this is a hashkafa difference.

I know personally that machaneinu is yeshivesh and an amazing solid bais Yaakov camp and they DID NOT take every Lehava camper.
