I personally wouldn't have 2 kids with Adina and Dina, because it would just be confusing. My BIL, before he names a baby, shouts the name across the house to see if any of the kids think they are being called. If so, he doesn't give the name.
How about naming her something like:
Adi Naama
or
Adi Nava
And call her Adi.
These convey a similar meaning as Adina, as well as having Adina buried in the name (with a space in between).

Adi Naomi and call her Naomi.

Can I name your daughter?
Let’s name her Bracha Aidel.
It should be a bracha that she’s named for Adina/Aidel.
And you can call her either-
Bracha
Aidel
Or Bracha Aidel
