If you were OK with the bread machine capacity why not get a new one? I have a Bosch but I still use the bread machine for smaller dough, it's way easier to clean & the dough texture is amazing because it rises in a warm machine.

I got a Bosch twice and each broke within first year. Now I use kitchen aid for past 8 years, works great upto 5 lbs max.

I just made challah with 5 lbs of flour in my Pro 600 Kitchen Aid. The smaller ones don’t have a strong enough motor for 5 lbs. my dd loves her Bosch for challah. I’m satisfied with my stronger Kitchen Aid -and I don’t have room for 2 mixers.

Just got a kitchen aid 7qt and love it. Already made pizza dough, challah (I make small batches bec I don’t like to freeze) and obv cookies etc. I keep it on my counter and love the look. Bosch to me looks ugly so never wanted to buy.

I have a Bosch MUM5 I use it for 1kg flour. I have made 3 batches back to back.
It's great for all types of baking. It's like a perfect combination of the KitchenAid and Bosch mixer.
