most people with my experience and knowledge are making a little bit more then that or the rest are making a lot more becuase they have a bit more senior positions. I know the market right now, I do lots of the screening for hiring new employees in my office. Also, I'm friends with a few higher ups in different smaller billing companies in lakewood.
@itsokay do yourself a favor and ask for a big raise. you are being very underpaid in the field. Especially if you are a supervisor over others.
reliable employees with lots of experience in the SNF billing field are very worth a companies while. |

I don’t have set hours because in a leadership position, it’s 24/7. Sometimes I’m working hours at night and weekends and sometimes I’m not.
I’ve worked approx 10 years in the business and slowly built myself (sometimes moving between companies for better paying positions)

Good for you! I don't know if this helps you or not but in my experience department head type roles which sounds to my like what you are describing in Lakewood can get 200K
