SETSS providers: Was a bill passed?

I'm not shocked. My daughter has a p3, and yes, because of her needs the agency decided to do impartial hearings to enhance her. This has gone on for 4 years. At the most recent hearing, the representative from the agency was very poorly spoken and had no relevant information. The hearing officer was extremely frustrated and finally got out of him that the agency is charging $195 per session, with the provider getting $80 per session. Even as the mother, whose child is benefitting, I honestly thought that smelled.

so the agencies had heyday till now...
Now they should all go out there and get honest jobs.

was so interesting to read the transcript.
hopefully things wont change too drastically because the children need providers and the providers need parnassah
