What’s better, diet soda or regular for kids?

This !! I know a family with 2 tall parents who gave their kids unlimited fake sugar in all food (the parents were always dieting) they have extremely short Young adult Kids now

If you've been out in the sun all day, hungry and dehydrated, then regular. Or perhaps if the kids are underweight.

Otherwise, diet. Overweight kids are not healthy kids, no matter what the woke tell you.
