You absolutely do not have to as a mod. I determined that it was fine.
Just because it's not to one person's taste, it doesn't mean it's not appropriate for the website.
This is a diverse group of Jewish women and it's fine.

No, it looks like an old guy with hair. No one knows what he looked like. No one knows what the other guy looked like. It's just a person.
