Miriam Pascal Cohen published a recipe in Mishpacha for a hearty veg soup with neck bones about a year or so ago, in which she suggests adding meat such as a kalchel to make the soup even more awesome. I make it very frequently and this meat is amazing in the soup. I literally crave the soup like a pregnant lady (not pregnant). I've literally had dreams about it. The meat is perfect.
