Whats your spicy potatoes recipe?

cube potatoes pour a little oil (enough to coat) and sprinkle generously onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder. covered in the oven on 350 for an hour (I cube mine relatively small) and uncovered for whatever time I have left sometimes up to 45 minutes.

I had my kids plan out a menu for a month, starting tonight. I’m tired of making something for dinner and one or more of my kids don’t like it. I have 3 kids who are of choosable age, plus I chose one night. Sunday, Friday, and motzei shabbos don’t count, so it worked out perfectly.
Tonight is Mac and cheese

Whatever my kids make. It’s their turn to cook tonight.

ETA: they made cheesy broccoli pasta and garlic bread.

Wacky Mac boxed mac and cheese, the only type DD will eat.

I'll probably make a salad for myself later, and some stir fried veggies.

Macaroni and cheese (made with a very good homemade sauce)
Dh will have a piece of breaded tilapia with that - probably some corn too...
One child will have not eat macaroni... so I will probably use easy freezer things for him like pizza bagels and frozen onion rings...

My sort of night off tonight...
