I'm looking for more soup recipes. I like making vegetable soups for DH, without chicken stock or boullion cubes. I also don't have a lot of spices (like thyme or bay leaves) but if necessary I can get.

Anyone have ideas? Currently I make an invented form of butternut squash soup, zucchini soup, potato soup, onion soup, split pea soup, and carrot soup Surprised

. I'd like to make some form of tomato soup, sweet potato soup, or any other creative ideas.

Oh yeah, and I don't have facilities for cooking milchig.

I make a tomato/corn soup.
Use any combination of diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, some marinara sauce if you like, tomato paste, fresh tomatoes.

Add water to desired consistency. Add a bag of frozen corn kernels. Season with your choice of salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, dill. Whatever you prefer.

This is very easy and fast and my kids love it.

Also, they love the sweet potato vegetable soup from Kosher by Design and I just made the meatball soup from KBD for kids this Shabbos and everyone really enjoyed it.
