you can get a grout pen to re-paint it white. (one day, I will too. )
it's amazing what steel wool and ajax will do to a tile floor if youre ready to do some heavy duty scrubbing.

I dont think that it is mans work either, but by us, I do the cooking and my husband does the cleaning, that is what we agreed on.. |
In my house, we both share the chores, evenly.
Cleaning/moping the floor is definately not designated for a guy to specifically do.
Perhaps in different situations, some need more help than others, otherwise I think it's a pretty chauvanistic- for a girl, to say something like that!!

That's what DH says. He says I don't have the upper body strength to wash it properly.
He makes beds well, too!

where you spill a bucket load of water and soap all over the stone floors...
There is nothing like that clean feeling.
