Not sure how you can overcome your phobia, but how about using a touchpad, trackball, or joystick instead?

"HOt and Cold I don't get it"

It's a pretty simple game, actually:

One person (the "hider") hides an object while the other player (the "searcher") closes her eyes.

Then the searcher has to move around the room slowly, trying to locate the hidden object. The hider helps her hone in on the hidden object only my yelling out, "hot" when she gets close to a hidden item and "cold" when she strays far away.

That's all there is to it!
