Your davening means a lot to you and you feel bad about not davening as much as you used to or as much as you wish to.
You’re also exhausted and have some unresolved stress in your life.

I totally hear you about people expecting it creating a pressure. Maybe you can make a signature Mishloach manos that you can repeat every year instead that people can look forward to.
